You need to be passionate about what you do.
You need to be extremely thick-skinned.

And you probably need a sense of humour (optional but trust us, it will help).

Please, help me. What's the difference between an Art Director and a art-worker?

Here in Brazil we have "art assistants' and I don't if it's the same.

Basic difference: art director originates ideas, traditionally (though not so much these days) in partnership with a writer. Artworker works in the studio and prepares artwork for supply to printers / publication.

here in asia artworker i guess equals to Final Artwork Artist or F.A. artist.

Hi!

I came across your blog and I thought you might be interested to learn about the survey conducted by Top Employers Ltd pertaining to the factors that lead to the career choices of Oxbridge students looking for a graduate job in the UK.
The results were very surprising and unexpected. You might want to share them to your readers.
Thanks!
