W+K does blue peter
The Observer is giving away a free Book of Art
with the paper on Sunday, and for the ad, we thought there was no better
way to promote the freebie than to create some art from the book
itself. And then take some snaps of it.
One small production budget + 24 hours + bunch
of W+K talent +some glue, scissors and fingers = An array of lovely
artwork.
One of them is being transferred into the ad
itself, but the others aren't going to waste - we're going to put them on
display in reception, and create our very own miniature art
gallery...
And here's the finished ad:
