Padded cell... tell me, does noise really interfere with your thinking? I once worked for an agency here in Chennai where three of us - two copywriters and one visualiser - had to share a tired computer. And that computer was placed right next to the little dining alcove that also doubled as a chillout zone. You can imagine the din around.
